Refund policy
We are committed to making you satisfied with our products and services on diypuuzzle.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, we provide refund & exchange services under the following conditions:
- All returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase by contacting us at service@diypuuzzle.com or through our Contact Page.
- Please provide your order number and reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and notify you via email if it is approved.
- Special deal products cannot be returned.
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges of returns made for personal reasons.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us, and we will resolve it without hesitation. You need to provide:
- Order number
- Picture of damaged package or product
- Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. However, damage caused by the customer may incur an extra fee for replacement.
Processing Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-14 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process. For exact timelines, please contact your bank directly.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing it. We will handle your request once we receive your message. Please note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Note: Before returning any package, please contact us first at service@diypuuzzle.com. We will provide instructions for arranging the refund. Kindly note that we are only able to provide after-sales service within 3 months after the package has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
