Dreamland of Alsace is a DIY book nook kit that builds a miniature Colmar street scene sized to slot between real books on a shelf. The lit diorama recreates the Alsace region of France, with traditional timber-framed houses, flower-filled windowsills, cascading vines, and a river running along the riverside.
Special water-effect materials bring the flowing river to life beneath the buildings, while warm LED lighting sets a romantic evening glow across the town. You cut, sand, glue, and assemble the laser-cut wooden and paper parts yourself over a two to three day build.
